[Lnc-business] Committee Applications

Or, am I thinking of our state convention?  (Where it's not required to 
be a member of LP national.)  If so, I'm sure someone will let me know, 
as we just got done with LP national convention...haha

Regardless, it's not a criteria for me on committee selection.  One 
could be either a member of a state affiliate or LP national.  Both, is 
also good.
