[Lnc-business] Committee Applications

It is not a requirement, correct. And yes I would say "some" LNC members.
There are more than just me - though how many, I do not know. And in
national bylaws one only has to be a member either of the state or national
party though some affiliate bylaws can add additional requirements.
I personally (absent some really good reason) will not vote for someone who
is not a member of the national party. Those on national committees should
at least have the minimal commitment (my opinion for whatever that is
worth).
