[Lnc-business] Koerner proposal

Was a counter offer actually made? My impression is what people felt was discussed but a specific counter offer had not yet been presented to Robin due to proximity to the December meeting. I would like clarity on this, because what was voted on at the meeting was his off the cuff verbal proposal at the last meeting which is different than the written proposal he submitted after that meeting.

If a counter hasn’t been made it should so this process regardless of result can play out as it should have.
