[Lnc-business] Questions to the Chair - Convention Voting Process Committee and Membership Committee votes

I didn't reference it for equivalence of facts but understanding of
importance. We disagree a bit there on the impact of not having NOTA, as I
argued at that time, no one would have shrugged and said "Oh, we left off
Johnson, big deal, you can write him in."
but the tldr; I get it, thus while I don't think there is any different
outcome here, its the principle of the thing.
