Johnson was a nominated candidate, so it is in no way reasonable to equate
a what-if-Johnson-were-left-off with treating NOTA as the write-in
candidate that it was. An emotional allegation, not based on the actual
rules, did not equate to an actual infringement on voter rights.
So I cannot agree that this situation which does impact voter rights has
equal importance or shares principles with the situation you cited. Apples
and oranges.
