[Lnc-business] Point of Inquiry - Article 7.6

I will cosponsor the appeal but I want to be clear that my vote but is very
much not decided here. Bylaws are my passion and and so is policy. I need
to independently review each if enough cosponsors warrant a vote.

That said, I've said before that I will cosponsor anything anyone puts up
in email because I think all matters should be open to debate and
discussion and I will remain true to my statement.
