[Lnc-business] Seeking Co-Sponsors for Approval of ExComm Minutes 2/20/20 and 3/11/20

Both of these have been distributed to the ExComm for correction and
commentary and none were submitted.  I ask either for co-sponsors for
approval or the chair to unilaterally sponsor.
