[Lnc-business] Oklahoma petition drive

Kevin, the Oklahoma petition form does not have a space for voter ID,
nor a space for date of birth. See attached example. The elections
officials told us we were not supposed to write it on the forms even if
we think we found it in a database. That's significantly different from
Texas. When you petition in Texas, most people do not fill out the blank
for voter I.D., but having a legible date of birth blank (like in Texas
if I remember correctly) certainly makes it easier to locate voters in a
voter database.
